Shipping policy

We carefully pack every EssencesByNadya® order. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and any free-delivery offers are shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your shopping region.

Estimated UK and UAE delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates for other destinations depend on the service selected and location. International deliveries may be affected by customs processing.

We will email you when your order is dispatched. Where applicable, international customers are responsible for import duties and taxes not collected at checkout.
